Default Weird storage issue with phantom used space

    Hi,

I got a nexus 4 with stock 4.2.2, and yesterday I tried CyanogenMod. During the install in the recovery mode I had the option to make a backup, which I did, and I used that to restore back to stock straight from there (CM didn't convince me); the backup also restored all user files. Ever since that, my /storage is reporting very weird data, while I had around 2GB used, it shows 4, but I can't locate the extra space anywhere, as if there was a phantom file or something not listed.. maybe some remains of the backup? I tried deleting most media down to ~300-350 MB of files, and now it's showing over 2GB used:

"Used 4 GB", while I didn't have more than around 2 in actual files:

After deleting most of the files, "Used 2.3 GB".. but where??? I have only around 300'ish as shows above. What's going on here?

Nvm, did a full factory reset. Seemed to be related to ClockworkMod backups being spread behind /storage, dunno why it was included in the details reported above that folder.
