I need some help........

I charge my phone until it reads 100% and it shuts off around 60 to 70%. When i turn it on it shows 2-10% on restart and sometimes it doesnt even get past the boot screen before shutting off again. Now whats weird is after a few minutes if I plug in the charger, it will boot up and show 40%, and when charging its very quick and shoots to 100% in about an hour. Usual full charge time for me is a little over 3 hours....

i've reset the battery stats by using the app and even going into the system folder to delete the batterystats.bin file multiple times.

this all started when i was running slimbean rom and on franco kernel...so i did a full factory image flash to stock and wiped everything to start from scratch and it still does this so i dont think it was a rom issue. it also shows these weird stats in twrp recovery and other battery stat applications.

is there any fix for this? i think my phone thinks its charged at 100 percent when its not....i don't wanna drop another 300 bucks unless i really cant fix this....any help would be much appreciated.

go to recovery and clear battery stat from there

im using latest twrp i was navigating around to look for that option, couldnt find it. am i missing it? or can i delete from the file manager?

I have not used twrp so cant comment on that but on clockwork recovery there is an option.
