pdf reader with full screen removing screen buttons

Does anyone know of a pdf reader app that will go full-screen including removing the android on-screen navigation buttons? I downloaded ezPDF but returned it when I didn't figure it out right away (crazy short refund policy).

I don't know if that's possible without installing a different ROM. Even games will generally just mute the buttons (turn them into soft white dots) but they're still there. If you eliminated them, you'd lose some basic functionality of the phone. I'm sure Google doesn't want a malicious app to be able to cut off access to them.
