So my Nexus 4 OEM USB power adapter was defective pretty much on arrival...at the time when I called warranty support was told the entire device would need to be replaced which seemed like too much of a hassle as the device was working perfectly.
I now see they're selling the USB power adapter standalone for $15.99CA plus $10.99 S+H so decided to call Google up again and after being transferred 3 times to different departments basically got the same story.
I don't understand why it is so difficult just to get a replacement charger sent out???
