When I am at work, I get terrible reception, and completely non existent most of the time. Is there an app out there that lets me force roaming so I can use another net work? I have googled around and haven't found much.

(I am currently on T-Mobile in the US)

Right, but my plan gives free roaming and I hit AT&T networks when outside of the service area. So if I get 1% T-Mobile reception and 100% AT&T reception, I am forced onto the T-Mobile network even though my plan allows me to hit AT&T.

Well, if you are actually allowed to roam onto AT&T's network, then that wouldn't be happening. I bet you don't have access to AT&T's network in your roaming plan.

Of course, if your situation is such that T-Mo isn't really working for you, maybe you'd be better off finding an AT&T ST microSIM card on Amazon and switching. I have to admit that thought has occurred to me as well, because in the fall (or spring) when I start going to FGCU, it's in an area where T-Mo signal strength is very weak.
