Nexus 4 Back/Home buttons glitch

Hi,

This is my first post so bear with me. I've had my Nexus 4 for about 3 weeks now (replaced once after faulty device) and I've been noticing a small little white area popping up under the back button which should be all black. It'll stay there until I scroll or something. It's happened whilst writing a text as you can see from the screenshot and browsing Twitter. Any suggestions or has anyone else noticed this?

Seams your a blurry screen with the numbers etc? I'm kidding i am not that silly.
Least its not hardware otherwise it wouldn't be in the screen shot. I haven't had it on my keyboard or seen it? is it stock?
You could try to back up all your apps, reset your mobile as last resort... see if its fixed then load the apps back on and see if its an app causing it.

I knew someone would say that haha.
It is stock and the reset would be a last resort but seeing as Android backs up stuff so easily and simple, I might have to give it a go.
