Nexus 4 in a Coma

So my nexus 4 wont conect to any internet provider, also wont conect to wifi or blue tooth....actualy cant get them to turn on cant copy files from my computer. camera and gallery wont open " No external storage available. please mount USB storage before usingthe camera"
Any idea why this happened? cant find anything online :'(

I don't know what happened. Is your phone rooted? What ROM are you running if so? Do a factory reset, see if it gets fixed on its own. I think a settings file was probably deleted by accident, by you or an app that misused its permissions... If these don't work, call Google, you still have your 1 year warranty for a replacement. Good luck!

my phone is not rooted. Ive done 2 factory resets to see if it would get fixed but no luck its pretty much useless.
thanks for the advise. Going to call Google as my last resort. If nothing else can be done i will give it a Norwegian burial

Did you fix this? I turned my phone on this am and got this message.

I powered the phone off and on..... It then worked.
