friend sent a 20 sec video of my dog from her I phone but I was only able to view a single pic. What can I do to view the whole video? :'(

Sorry, very new to all this. She has an iphone; I, Nexus 4. AT&T thru Straight Talk. As for OS, mine jellybean 4.3 for the Nexus 4. I'll have to contact her.....
Someone mentioned the fact she has an iPhone is the cause?
