So just how good is google support because I'm not to thrilled with them at the moment. I purchased 2 Nexus 4's on 8/28 they arrived 8/30 and I didnt start using them until 9/6 (had to get new sim cards at ATT and cases hadn't come in yet). I put the new sim card in on 9/6 and I realize that I can't hear a thing when I call people or they call me. They hear me just fine but nothing on my end (speaker phone works as well as plugging in head phones). So I call Google first thing when I wake up on Saturday (9/7) and tell them the situation. They say fine we'll ship out a replacement. So I call google support today to see if there's an update cause I have yet to receive an email regarding anything except for the initial it was nice to chat with you today email that you get once you hang up the phone with them. The lady said that its been escalated to their "specialist." So I ask, does it look like I'll get a replacement this week? No, sir probably not.
Has your all's experience with Google been very good? To me, I was shipped a defective product and need it to be replaced, I dont understand why something isn't being shipped to me next day right now.
