What is the Repair/Replacement Poilciy for Nexus 4?

Hey folks.

My nexus4 is completely lost now. Screen not responding. I am using it in India. As I got touch screen problem I am sure this is some hardware problem and I sent back this phone to US ( from where I bought this) . Now I want to send this for Repair/Replacement . Do any one have such experiences ? What is the Repair/Replacement policy ?Please share me some information on this.

Search the forums. I know I've seen good results probably on here. If I remember correctly, they even send a loaner to use while yours is being repaired. Who knows the cost though.
