I sideload(krt16s) it didn't see much difference from krt16o, then I heard it just stability update. Pretty nice runs smoothly. Also install the launcher from the Nexus 5 so the nav and top of notification bar transparent. It looks really nice and I like that Google Now is all the way to the left. I also like ability to use Google voice search from just having the device on.

I got it yesterday in the morning right after I cleared the framework. It didn't work until I did it like 5 times in row.

It was exciting Lol.

Didn't want to wait for the OTA, so I sideloaded it earlier today. Google still hasn't fixed the issue with 5GHz Wi-Fi, but otherwise it's a nifty OS.

Got the ota today. Started fresh following a factory restore. I do wish that the transparent bars would stay transparent through navigation of other apps instead of just home screen.
