GPS Keeps Turning Off Randomly

Ever since updating to 4.4 I've been having GPS issues. Any apps requiring GPS (Maps, Chrome) would not be able to find my location.
I would always have to reboot the phone to fix the issue, only to have it randomly mess up again.

I have my Location settings on High and Google Location Reporting turned on.
Any idea why this is happening?

I've been having the same issue for a few weeks now .. can't tell if it's net10 at&t or something from an update... so frustrating any ideas?

check google settings app? location permissions is listed in there. and also the end all fix, factory data reset. should fix it, usually when i do updates i do clean installs to avoid issues happening from patching over.

All the settings are fine. Not going to do another factory reset, as it didn't fix anything before I accidentally soft bricked my phone :/
