I just bought a used N4 to replace my broken N4, I received it 5 days ago. I did a complete reinstall of the OS when I received it, and it's running bone stock 4.4.3.
Three times now when using video the phone has just shut down, and then restarted itself. At all times there was plenty of charge in the battery. First time I was taking a video with the camera. Second time I was on a Skype video-call, and the third time I was using an IP camera app. I have used video two other times with this phone and not had it shut down, so I'm looking at a 60% failure rate.
Each time the screen went black, but the backlight was on for about 3 seconds. Then it completely shut down and re-started itself. The restart seemed to take a little longer than normal, but the phone came back fine.
Any ideas?
