In the N4 rooting sub-forum, scroll down to a thread called Best ROM to Start Off With; the last post in the thread has the link you need to the thread on the xda forum that explains the procedure. Be aware that the N4 LTE capability is limited; figure out whether it will work with your carrier before you go to the trouble of flashing your phone.

I am really pleased with the update :)
Minor design/ layout changes
But mainly it's crisp and quick
Nexus 4 continues solid performance..

So far, for me, performance is unchanged: It was zippy with 5.0.1, and it's still zippy. Possibly a small increase in battery life, or maybe just wishful thinking on my part. Will take a few weeks to assess. So far, the deep-sleep bug hasn't appeared, so hopefully that's been exterminated.
