how can i fix my nexus 4 it won't turn on just flashing red light

My nexus 4 won't turn on as well as charging ..it just flashing red light..... I kept it on charging for 24 hours but it still not charged....plzz help me plz it have my important classifieds

Welcome to AC.

Have you tried a different charger and USB lead? Also made sure that the USB port seems undamaged and clean?
