zorak950 Well-known member Feb 2, 2011 1,243 12 38 Visit site Nov 18, 2013 #6 If the phone just arrived and it's defective, you can return it and get a replacement. Call the Google customer service number. Once the return period expires, you'll need to deal with LG directly for a warranty repair.
