Nexus 5 issues.

I got the nexus 5 about two weeks ago in arkansas. I had 4g LTE there in the city I got it. And it seemed fine at the sprint store. Well a few days later I moved to Hawaii for a duty station. And the service blows. But what I'm wanting to Improve is streaming video quality through chrome. All the videos that j get are terrible and fuzzy. Idk if its just the connection or if I can do anything about it. Also iv heard sprint has 4g here. And iv been to Honolulu and never picked it up at all. Is there anything I can do about that? Or should I just try and switch carriers? I'm paying for the unlimited and most of the time I can even use the 3g on the phone anyway.

You've heard Sprint has LTE there, or are you sure? Call Sprint and ask, or take it to a corporate store there.

Sounds like the problem is with the network, not the phone.

You know I had the same thing with AT&T I would get LTE every where but at home (I live in NJ) so I called AT&T and they said I had to update my SIM's card and not I get LTE at home..
