    Hi I'm from India. Planning to buy Nexus 32 Gb from US. because its 80 dollars lesser hen compared to India. So is there any way i can get Nexus 32GB D821 model from US Google play store or any retailers? please help me. thanks in advance.

    wouldn't the bands be different? Only thing i can think of is have a friend who lives in the US buy it than ship it over to you, or you come here and order one from google. Or it can be bought at like best buy or something.

    EDIT: I didn't read carefully. I dont think the US google play sells the D821 model. Correct me if im wrong.

    Both versions should work fine worldwide (Voice, Text, 2G, 3G, HSPA+). BUT if you purchase the North American version and you live elsewhere you will not get LTE. The opposite also holds true. So I would purchase from your 'local' Google website or a local store. You buy it while in North America (or the equivalent online site) you will get the North American version.

    I am seeing all the India carriers using band 40 for LTE, except for one that uses band 3.
    The North American Nexus 5 has LTE: Bands: 1/2/4/5/17/19/25/26/41
    The rest of the world Nexus 5 has LTE: Bands: 1/3/5/7/8/20

    I think he's pretty much stuck with 3G unless he goes with Videocon in India
