running apps are not showing in notifications

Has any one else seen this issue where apps running such as endomondo, Pandora, and spotify are operating but will not show up when you swipe down from the top to see notifications. This started to occur a week ago. I don't want to reset. Any advice?

*Running stock 4.4.2 32gig on sprint.

Maybe it might be an issue with the settings in Pandora?

I thought the notification menu was for notifications, and the bottom right menu 'button' (double boxes) was for running apps...

He's talking about when you use a music app and it's constant notification, so you can quick control it from the notification shade. It might just be a setting in Pandora.

I'm sorry, thanks for the clarification. I see where the problem is, as I use that feature in Pocket Casts.
