Google play music shuffle

I noticed that when I have my music on shuffle it shuffles through all the lower letter songs, like only letters m-z.

I've noticed that the shuffle doesn't include any songs higher up on the playlist than the song you chose to start the shuffle with. So if song 1 is mid way down on the playlist, I won't hear any songs from the top half.

Yeah, I noticed the same thing earlier today. It appears that it only shuffles the songs that are displayed on the screen; off of the now playing screen. Its weird. However, shuffling the playlist from the main menu works fine.
