I don't think so. I have a HTC One X with Android 4.4 and nova launcher. Doesn't seem to cover the wallpaper all the way.

It does display the wallpaper full screen provided you enable it in settings. Please note this requires the phone to be running Kikat.

I just installed Nova Launcher Prime and didn't have to do anything for full screen wallpaper.

I guess the more important thing would be to ask what setting. I don't get it. The other guy doesn't. Used to work for phone store. Root phones occasionally and I can't figure it out for the life of me. This isn't rooted. You sure its not Apex, something chamged rooting, etc

Check the wallpaper settings and mess with the scroll types.

Idk, very frustrated

Here is a screenshot of mine, not that you can tell it's Nova. I switched back from Apex to Nova. Running 4.4.2 on Nexus 5

tried turning scrolling off and on
