You must have developer options turned on for bug reporting. As far as I know it should only generate reports when you tell it to, but I have had mine generate them on it's own before - no idea why.

Pressing both volume buttons and the power button together will generate a bug report. Maybe you inadvertently pressed all of them at the same time.

Did this issue recently start? Unless there's an issue, you shouldn't be getting that notification to send a bug report.

It takes a couple minutes to generate. You probably hit the volume & power buttons without realizing and then received the notification a couple minutes later.

I have turned off Developer Options....wasn't sure what was going on. LOL

Have you recently installed any new apps?

Sorry for the delay....yeah, several new apps.

However, I have noticed the picture attached to the bug report is always the homescreen or lock screen...
