AT&T Notification "Sign into network"

Hi everyone,

I am under the $25 GoPhone plan of AT&T and I just recently turned my data on so that I could receive picture messages. I notice every time I come home and my phone connects to the WiFi, I get this notification. If I tab on it, it takes me to Google. My question is, is there any way I can get ride of it so that every time I come home I don't have to deal with it?
