stock browser always freezing up!

Getting a lot of notices to wait or quit the stock android browser.. Phone is not full or running too many aoos.. WTF is going on.
PS I notice the same on my mac chrome also. Beach balling a lot

I have been having this problem for the last couple of days also, it's not the data service from At&t either because I downloaded Dolphin browser and it works fine, has to be something with Chrome.
