Default Is the mic problem fixed in 4.3.3?

For those that had the mic problem (no one can understand what you're saying unless you're using a headset), has the 4.3.3 update fixed it? If not, the build.prop change does fix it (changing persist.audio.fluence.voicecall=true to false) , but it still leaves my speaker phone a little squirrelly.

Since I finally got the update, I'll answer my own question...NO. The mic is not fixed with this update. But, changing persist.audio.fluence.voicecall=true to false still works (if you're rooted).
