Tinder: why am I getting new match notifications?

I'm a new Android user and I'm still trying to get it all figured out. I have attached a screenshot of my settings. I get new match notifications but I just want new message notifications. Can anyone help me out

Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app to see if that fixes your issue? That's what I'd suggest and see if it continues.

Still getting notifications for new matches after i reinstalled. I guess its just a big with the app

Take a look at the Play Store comments and see if anyone else is having problems. Also, consider sending the developer a message with an inquiry about that.
