Default You must enable sleep mode in "Settings"....

Today I've suddenly started getting a grey pop up with the following text:

You must enable sleep mode in "Settings" -> "Sleep settings" settings screen

I haven't changed anything or installed anything new so not sure what's going on, any ideas?

Whatever it is, if it says you must, you'd better obey.

I have the exact same notification box showing up after every boot and it appears twice before fading away on its own.
