Purple Mark when Screen is Black but on

Anyone else have this? Looks almost like a bruise on the screen, only when the screen itself is showing black (i.e., screen is on). I must have dropped the phone at some point... any way to fix this?

Any way you could post a good photo of that? Are you sure it isn't that sort of smudginess that you can see on LCD screens in dark areas, especially in a dark room?
