I am in a bit of a phone quandary, I am fortunate to own a Nexus 5 and Galaxy Note 3 both of which are excellent devices in their own right.

I quandary I am having is which one do I make my main device? I keep mulling over the following pro's and cons.

Nexus 5
1. Stock android is awesome, simple, clean and fast.
2. Will get Lillipop update very soon.
3. Ok Google from home screen is a feature I use.
4. Easy to hold in the hand and use.
5. Battery life is pretty poor, have to top up most days.
6. Camera is a very weak feature both the hardware and the stock Google app.
7. No support for MicroSD expansion.

Galaxy Note 3
1. Screen size and qualify is amazing.
2. S Pen function is a well used feature, especially for quick notes and navigation.
3. Can replace my tablet for general browsing, news stand magazines and media consumption.
4. Productivity features like email/documents/photo editing are a joy to use.
5. Battery life is great, can easily have 20% at the end of the day.
6. Camera is brilliant with good features.
7. Touch Wiz is clunky and not aesthetically pleasing as stock android.
8. S-voice is poor compared to Google Now and no way to properly disable.
9. Stuck on android 4.4.2 and no date for 4.4.4 or Lillipop update.

As you can see, I love both devices and really stuck on what one to make my primary device.

I thought I would ask my fellow android fans what your thoughts are?

Quick answer - Nexus 5.
Real Answer:
I would make a rank list of the features you most value in a phone, and make the decision that way.
For example, you say you have to top off the Nexus 5's battery every day - is that a problem? Is it an annoyance to do so? If so, then that would be a significant "win" in the Note 3 category. If not, then it's not much of a determining factor.
I would also wait until 5.0 drops - the newer features in Lollipop might make the decision for you.
Good luck, sounds like a good problem to have.

How can you say the Nexus 5 has a poor camera? I would go as far as to say it has a better camera, at least for stills, than the Note 3.
