Phone died - Need to get photos/videos off

My phone had a real bad burning plastic smell. Once I noticed it, the phone just completely died, went black... My phone company is sending me a new one. But is there a way that I can get my photos/videos off of it? Even though it wont turn on? My charger fried as well.

If you have auto backup turned on you can log in on your google+ account and go to your photos. They should be there. If you don't have automatic backup then I don't know...

Welcome to Android Central! I would guess that primarily law enforcement agencies and other forensics labs would have the technology to grab data from a dead phone.
