Why am I getting and error message when I try to update my Android L?

Cant update to Android L (NEXUS 5) OTA

Hi. I recently got the OTA update for android 5.0. I download the update and was prompted to restart the phone. When I did the update bar runs for a but and then shows an android with a error message. The screen stays like that a for a bit and then restarts. HELP! It's still in android 4.4.4. What am I suppose to do?

OTA updates will NOT take if you phone has been rooted. You will have to Flash the Update if rooted.
