My nexus 5's touch screen doesnt respond properly when i use it while charging....? Y is it so?

Theoretically, if the cable or the internal charging circuits aren't properly shielded, the electromagnetic current that is generated could potentially interfere with the touchscreen function. Are you using the original charging cable?

My data cable recently got bit damaged frm the edge, may b thts the reason :/. Thnx alot
