Anyone Else have Google Play Store Server Error?

Just started happening this morning - Google Play Store is having a server error - Nothing seems to work - clearing cache, uninstalling, disabling etc. Any ideas?

Don't do anything drastic like uninstall it - the same issue has been reported across several communities in Google + they must just be having an issue at present.

too late! damn.. don't they make any kind of formal announcement for this kind of thing

Not really, I wouldn't begin to think how they would get in contact with every single android device out there to inform them of the problem. Most people are reporting the issue as being fixed now. I didn't have any issues to begin with

well i meant like a better server error message, at least saying it's on google's side. anyway thanks, it is back up and working. it looks like i dont have the google play store app in my settings > apps list anymore, which is interesting
