Hi everyone,

I just left my phone, a Nexus 5, in my room while I went cooking but when I came back I found a new walpaper. So I unlocked my screen and I found that I lost all the app, photo, music that I had and understood later that my phone restarted it self to manufacture setting.
I decided then to re restart it, in case I had viruses and to make sure everything is OK. But while I was trying to do it I turn it off/on and to my surprise everything was there again. All the app, connected to my accounts, all the pictures....

Did it happen to anyone of you ? Does it mean I have a virus or something like that (I am a bit worry as I do my banking on my phone) ?

Thank you

Welcome to Android Central! How did you know the phone had done a factory reset? Is it possible that you inadvertently logged in as a guest profile instead? This might explain why everything looked like a clean slate.
