Hey there, need a little help on this.
I had my audio jack replaced because a headphone jack broke off inside it. All was fine until two months or so ago. Audio in the left channel is crackly or drops to a much lower volume no matter what pair of earphones or headphones I use. I'm constantly having to swivel the plug around etc to try and get it to play equally through both channels. I have no problem with the right channel and this happens over all apps.
I sent it off again to be replaced, thinking it must be the headphone jack playing up again. I get my phone back and the problem persists. The repair company insist they carried out the replacement, so is there any other possible explanation for this besides a hardware issue?
Would just like to know if there's any investigating and fixing I can do before I go off on the repair company, thanks.
