Anyone Else Getting Significant Loss of DL Speed after 5.1?

NOTE: I flashed Google's factory image. This is not the T-Mobile update.

I have not gotten or side loaded the 5.1 update yet but at least here in Dallas T-Mobile has been horrible today... I always have a very good strong LTE signal and today I've been stuck on HSPA+ or 3G most of the day... The LTE has been cutting in and out.. I even rebooted and checked my network settings..... Just been BAD for some reason... no clue why....

No problems here: Metro Atl. Mine have actually got better.

Everywhere.
As of a few hours ago it doesn't even say LTE even though I have full data.
