weird volume bug

I use mapmyfitness to track my runs. One thing i found that's weird is when the voice comes on to give your progress it then changes the music volume to match. I am using Google play music when I run. Anyone else experience this?

Can you elaborate, like is it lowering the music in the background and playing the voice then switches back?

Sounds like an app issue, unless the system isn't handling the audio focus correctly.

Yea. It lowers the music to talk with over it, which is understandable. Then the music remains at that lowered level, instead of going back up. Its really weird.

That's weird. That seems more like a glitch. I just don't know if its with the music app or the running app. My apps go back to normal volume.
