Lost notifiction sounds when moving back to ALL on interruptions menu

I had turned my sound off with the interruption menu set to NONE. When I returned it to ALL to get my normal notifications back, the volume menu at the top was gone. When I went to the settings menu and checked my ringtone there was no sound. Powered off and on and it was normal again. Just a hiccup. I tried it a few more times and it worked normally. Still love the phone. My Ip6 has been face down on my desk for a few days and is in a bad mood.
