Google Nexus 6 - Need to disable OTA

hello everyone,
i have a new Google Nexus 6 that has been updated to the latest version and was unlocked and rooted.
but i do not want to receive any ota updates or notifications so i wont have any problems.

How could i accomplish this?

Rooting will prevent updates (they'll "fail" at about 25% - when the update detects that the phone is rooted), but if you don't want to even receive the notices, find the Update or System update app and disable or freeze it.

what would be the steps for disabling the app?

Easiest way is to download Titanium Backup and you can freeze anything. Plus TiBackup is always a must have app. You can backup everything and restore as well.

System_Updates_xx.xx.xx I don't have a Nexus so I don't know the numbers.

didnt find it, but installed disable service and we i found the service i noticed it was already disabled,
when the device gets rooted the service gets disabled?
