Updated Wugfresh to 2.1. Did the full driver check. Downloaded the factory image & saved the checksum.
Bippity, boppity boop--flashing from K to X took all of 5 minutes!

If only restoring happened that fast.

I'm doing the update to 29K in the morning and giving AT&T the finger at the same time.

If I knew for certain that T-Mobile wasn't going to tinker with the 29K build, I would have gone for that, too. But after the delay with the 6.0 update, I'd rather wait, at least until someone with a T-Mobile SIM posts a link to the OTA.

Hmmm. Two days and T-Mobile has still not acknowledged receipt of 6.0.1 from Google on their "Software versions & updates" page for the Nexus 6.

Can it be that someone's learned the value of not jumping the gun with promises of updates that have yet to be approved?

Not sure what the hold up is at this point. It seems that some of T-Mobile's stuff (like band 12 support for the 6P and 5X) is already in the main branch... hopefully they move away from the one-offs.

To be honest, I've been running the universal Google builds on T-Mobile since the previews and I haven't had any issues... b12, WFC, VoLTE, etc... all work fine.

The custom rom I use (Pure Nexus) just incorporated the update into the rom a few hours ago. Dirty flashed it and all is well. I never wait long for updates. ;)
