Nexus 6 update?

[AC Question]

nexus 6 update

I bought this nexus 6 three days ago....it came with 5.0.1 ..and now its showing an update for 5.1 ...but when i downloaded and started the intallation ...ot rebooted and then started installing and then suddenly shows me a dead android with a red exclamtion mark on it...and an ERROR message
WHAT SHOULD I DO??
PLEASE HELP ME OUT

Welcome to Android Central! What happens if you force a shutdown by pressing and holding Power for 15-20 seconds, then powering back on again?
