Is there a known cause for buttons in app screened not to work? I've had it happen on previous devices and it's only specific apps. Right now I can't press buttons in Kaspersky, whether portrait or landscape (I've had apps crash when not in a certain orientation). The "buttons" might as well just be images of the buttons with no software behind it. Is the only fix for these issues to be solved by the developers?
I did try uninstalling & reinstalling to see if that could fix it, but it didn't work. Now I cannot go through the initial setup screens to start security.
