Nexus 6 on MetroPCS

First let me start by saying I searched for an answer to my question in the forums to no avail. Second yes I entered the apn settings for MetroPCS. Yet my phone still is not working. I've been to three stores and they're all saying that it won't work. Yet it's unlocked and I've been able to get it to work with my brother's T-Mobile sim card and have read that others have been able to get it to work. Can someone help me PLEASE!!

Also, and I'm speaking from experience here, are you sure that the SIM card is right side up?

1. It's a TMobile/MetroPCS phone (same carrier - TMobile), so it doesn't have to be unlocked.

2. If his SIM works in it, your MetroPCS SIM should too. (If you're using a TMobile SIM it won't work unlees the TMobile account is still active.)

Not a thing. Switched from Cricket to MetroPCS. It just won't recognize the SIM. FRUSTRATING!!

I would ask them to insert another sim, maybe it's defective.
