Sending my Nexus 7 in for repairs due to an issue with the USB port.
I've done a factory reset but SuperUser keeps popping up each time I do that. Is there anyway to keep it from reinstalling?
Note that I do not have root access and cannot get a PC to recognize my Nexus7 over the usb cable.

I believe you rooted it before?? and now you lost your root??

install file manager called ES explorer.
go to /system/app/ and delete superuser.apk probably ask for superuser permission. grant the permission. if this didnt work since you didnt have root. you have to root it and do it again
then check /system/xbin and /system/bin folder and delete file called "su" if its available.

done and then do a factory reset

You must uncheck USB Debugging under Developer Options in settings to get your Win PC to recognize your N7.
