Cerberus app in /system

Hello,
I posted this question in another post but realized there was a specific rooting area, so my apologies.

As for my questions,

Could I unlock my bootloader (using wug fresh toolkit), install a custom recovery like clockworkmod recovery, install cerberus app in system, then go back to tool kit and re lock my bootloader again? Will that cause problems or do I have to keep the boot loader unlocked?
