rooted Nexus 7 2012

So yesterday I rooted my nexus 7 2012 and, download pry-fi, and after trying to use it it disabled all my internet I tried enabling it several times before I I factory reset it not knowing I would still be rooted. Now I can't finish the setup because the internet is still disabled. Is there a possible fix?
