Upgrade N7 to Marshmallow using a custom rom

This is my first time rooting, and flashing custom rom for my device.
I used the "WugFresh Nexus Root Toolkit NRT_v2.0.5" to unlock the bootloader, root and flash the Android 6.0 Marshmallow AOSP ROM "grouper-M-TWRP_v1.1.zip" created by "Dmitry Grinberg" (downloaded from Android M on Nexus 7 2012 - Dmitry Grinberg) to update my N7. Everything is fine. All the google stock apps gone.

My question is: How could I reinstall some google apps such as google play; google drive etc?

After some search and readings, i know i have to install GAPP.zip to have Google apps back. i downloaded "benzo-gapps-M-20151011-signed-chroma-r3.zip" which is tested for N7 and install. Problem occurs when my N7 restarted and stuck on "Android is starting optimizing app 56 of 77" .

How could i solve it?
