Here's something strange. I have another Google account that I use exclusively on one of my laptops. I haven't accessed it or a nothing on the Nexus. I do have emails that are auto forwarded to a third email address that both the laptop and Nexus access. This afternoon, I accessed the gallery on my Nexus and photos from that other account showed up!
I could see Google maybe being smart enough to be able to see that account was mine, but how did it access it, I didn't punch in my password anywhere? Could Google misguess and give access to another Nexus user my laptop account?
