Pickup my Nexus 7 at Staples but no free stuff

Picked up my tablet today at Staples. I like the device so far but no free stuff. Am I missing something here?

I'm not 100% but I've heard u need to have a credit card linked to the account.

This is the first person who I heard not get anything, pre-order or walk-in. People no matter what have been. I got mine at Micro center yesterday and I have $25 credit, Dark of he moon, and $10 Google Wallet which was not limited to this plus a bunch of magazines I won't read.

It could be they marked it to serial numbers on a device because a few people have said if the reattached the device to a new Gmail they got the credits again.

I only have 1 gmail account and because of this issue I may have to return my device because why is everyone else getting everything and I am not?

You will see Dark of the moon in the Movies and TV app. The $25 credit just emailed me telling me I had it.

the movie is not in the app and no email about the credit. I am currently on hold with nexus support
