Try xScope browser. When you scroll down, the tabs and address bar go away. When you swipe back to the top, or swipe down from the very top edge of the page, they reappear. Oh, it also supports Flash .
Settings>applications>chrome>clear defaults. Next time you click in a link it should ask you which browser to use and you can check the one you want as default
